The Notice of Appeal Form provides a structured process for appealing decisions by the Planning Authority. It allows the appellant to present grounds for the appeal and ensures that all necessary information is submitted for review by the Appeals Board established under Section 40 of the Physical Planning Act, 2021.

The Notice of Appeal must be completed with full details and submitted to the Appeals Board as per the guidelines. A copy of the Planning Authority’s decision being appealed must be attached to the form.
