Notice of Appeal

This form is essential for individuals or entities seeking to appeal a decision made by the Seychelles Planning Authority. Under the Physical Planning (Appeals Rules of Procedure) Regulations, 2022 and the Physical Planning Act, 2021 (Act 55 of 2021), appellants must use this form to formally submit an appeal to the Appeals Board.

 

Purpose of the Form

The Notice of Appeal Form provides a structured process for appealing decisions by the Planning Authority. It allows the appellant to present grounds for the appeal and ensures that all necessary information is submitted for review by the Appeals Board established under Section 40 of the Physical Planning Act, 2021.
